In this keynote featuring speaker Maurice L. Hampton, Black history serves as a backdrop for understanding the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in real estate. Attendees will learn about the systemic barriers historically faced by Black communities and provide a roadmap for real estate professionals to create inclusive, equitable spaces going forward. Attendees will leave with actionable insights on how to champion DEI in their organizations and make a tangible impact.
