There have been many questions and changes o how Los Angeles handles notices in residential properties. This program will cover the newest changes and requirements for residential notices, minimum thresholds for evictions, and other legal requirements for both LARSO properties and for the other properties covered under the just cause protections. It will also discuss some lingering reminders of COVID requirements and the CARES Act. Event Registration / Reservation Cancellations
Will be granted under the following conditions:
Full Refund: Registrations/reservations may be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the day of the event, less any merchant charges assessed on the funds received.
No Refund: Registrations/reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to the day of the event.

Substitutions
Will be granted under the following conditions:
Substitutions are acceptable if the substitute is in the same registration/reservation pricing group as the original attendee. 72 hours advance notice of any substitutions would be appreciated.

Refunds for No-Shows
