Tracey Merrell is the Managing Partner of Education for Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP (KTS) working out of the Los Angeles office. Tracey began her legal career representing banks in post foreclosure evictions and moved into evictions for management companies and individual owners. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from the development of case strategy, through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials including bench and jury. Tracey joined KTS as a trial attorney and has extensive experience in court. She also has in depth knowledge of the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance. In 2019, she transitioned to the KTS Education Department to further her goal of providing training and knowledge to both clients and staff.

Event Registration / Reservation Cancellations
Will be granted under the following conditions:
Full Refund: Registrations/reservations may be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the day of the event, less any merchant charges assessed on the funds received.
No Refund: Registrations/reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to the day of the event.

Substitutions
Will be granted under the following conditions:
Substitutions are acceptable if the substitute is in the same registration/reservation pricing group as the original attendee. 72 hours advance notice of any substitutions would be appreciated.

Refunds for No-Shows
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund event fees, registrations, and/or reservations of any kind for no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
