Ascending Leaders committee

The Ascending Leaders committee plays a crucial role in fostering the growth of the next generation of leaders in property management. Ascending Leaders is committed to identifying and nurturing emerging talent within IREM-LA by providing mentorship, support, and opportunities to those who wish to advance in property management and to become future leaders in the industry.

Multifamily committee

The purpose of the multifamily committee is to provide an arena for ARM® Members to connect with other members within the IREM community, and to increase engagement and representation specifically in the multifamily/residential sector within our chapter. We look forward to connecting each other through bi-monthly meetings, networking, and volunteer opportunities with IREM-LA.

Events committee

The Events committee goal is to add value for our members and industry partners and provide visibility to our organization and initiatives by curating fun, creative, and quality events and networking opportunities. The Events Committee is responsible for the overall development and implementation of IREM LA's events calendar and works alongside the Education and Communications Committees to schedule and publicize the events.

DEI committee

The DEI committee is committed to fostering a welcoming environment that continues to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion by learning, training and development.
