August 10th, 2023 @ 11:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.

Volunteers will support an array of tasks as needed - including unloading and sorting donations of backpacks, school supplies and other back-to-school essentials - in preparation for a distribution to hundreds of youth and families in our South Central community later that day.

Please Note: Role may include moving, bending, walking , light-medium lifting and extended
periods of standing. Please let the APCH team know if there is anything we can do to make
this project more comfortable for you.

Event Registration / Reservation Cancellations
Will be granted under the following conditions:
Full Refund: Registrations/reservations may be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the day of the event, less any merchant charges assessed on the funds received.
No Refund: Registrations/reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to the day of the event.

Substitutions
Will be granted under the following conditions:
Substitutions are acceptable if the substitute is in the same registration/reservation pricing group as the original attendee. 72 hours advance notice of any substitutions would be appreciated.

Refunds for No-Shows
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund event fees, registrations, and/or reservations of any kind for no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets are Non-transferable.
