Status:                  Part-Time, 20 hours/week

Pay:                       up to $30/hr  – based on experience

 

Birtcher Anderson Realty Management, Inc. is seeking a part time Property Manager for an office property in Gardena and an industrial building.

Property Manager is responsible for managing one or more properties by performing duties personally or through others.  Essential duties and responsibilities include annual budget; marketing/leasing; property operations; emergency procedures; lease administration; tenant relations; accounting/financials; partner/client/owner relations and reporting; tenant and capital improvements.  Other duties and special projects may be assigned, such as personnel management/development.

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience at the property management level, or should have at least7 years in the industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.  CA Real Estate License required.  Microsoft Excel & Word -intermediate level; accounting software -Yardi.

Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Strong communication skills, both oral and written.  Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions.  Good analytical skills required to prepare monthly variance reports, abstract tenant accounts, and prepare and revise budgets.
